1. Who you are agreeing with.
These Terms govern your use of obridge (the "Site") and the OBridge early-access waitlist (the "Service"). The Site and Service are operated by Aurel Nzeyap, based in Ilmenau, Germany, who is referred to in these Terms as "OBridge", "we", "us", or "our". You can reach us at aurel@joinobridge.com.
By using the Site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What OBridge is right now.
Today, OBridge is a marketing site and a private waitlist for an upcoming product. The product itself is not yet available. Joining the waitlist does not give you any guarantee of access, pricing, features, or timeline. The product is offered "as it becomes available" and may change materially before launch.
3. Eligibility.
You may use the Site if you are at least 16 years old. By submitting the waitlist form, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and your own.
4. Acceptable use.
You agree not to:
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or sign up someone else without their consent.
- Use the Site to send spam, unsolicited promotion, or anything unlawful.
- Attempt to probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Site, the Service, or its underlying infrastructure.
- Submit content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass any rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
We may remove your waitlist entry, decline to admit you to the Service, or take other appropriate action if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules.
5. Your content.
You retain ownership of everything you submit through the Site (your name, email, role, startup or fund details, LinkedIn URL, and so on — your "Submission"). You grant OBridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process your Submission for the sole purpose of operating the waitlist and contacting you about the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Our content.
The Site, including the OBridge name, wordmark, the Manifesto, the visual design, photography, copy, and code, is the property of OBridge or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse our content without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers.
The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBridge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German consumer protection law.
8. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Service. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100). The above limitations do not apply to liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
9. Termination.
You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing aurel@joinobridge.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Service at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.
10. Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is the court competent for Ilmenau, Germany.
11. Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the product evolves. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
